But, you must admit, it's very pleasant to see positive emotions of such peoples, as Youri Koptev, the chief of the Russian airspace agency, Gustav Humbert, the executive director of "Airbus" concern and Sergey Nedoroslev, the president of "Kascol group", when they together keep your firm's production and look at it with such pleasure.

Yesterday in Moscow the European airspace concern Airbus engeneer center's inauguration took place. The center was created together with "Kascol group" and named ECAR (European Centre Airbus in Russia). The ceremony, which took place in EADS corporation Moscow's representation (it is the main shareholders of Airbus) visited Boris Aleshin, deputy prime minister of the Russian government Youri Koptev, the chief of the Russian airspace agency Hustav Humber, the executive director of Airbus concern and Sergey Nedoroslev, the president of "Cascol group". Hustav Humbert says, that the center (about 30 engeneers work in it now) will project the parts of fuselage, durability's calculation and create documentation of the board equipment's set for now Airbus planes. Mr. Aleshin expressed his satisfaction of the ECAR's opening, which is the first one beyond the territories of the countres-participants of "Airbus concern". At the end mr Nedoroslev and mr Humbert (in the photo's center) presented mr Aleshin with the center's key, which liked him very much.

June 3, in Moscow (Bolshaja Ordynka 40/2) the official opening of Airbus ECAR egeneering center will take place. The center was created together with "Kascol" and became the first constructor's buerau, created by Airbus in Europe beyond the territories of the counter-partisipants of this airbildings company.

The ceremony of the opening will be possibly visited by Boris Aleshin, deputy chief of the Russian government, Hustav Humbert, the executive director of "Airbus" and Sergey Nedoroslev, the president of "Kascol group" and also by some representatives of the Russian airspace agency and airbuildings industry. During the ceremony a symbolic center's key will be presented triumphantly to Youri Koptev, the general director of "Rosaviacosmos".

The main directions of ECAR activity are the knowledge changing in the sphere of air constructions, coordination and widening of the spectrum of Airbus corporation with the Russian airspace enterprises. The center will use the next modern technolodgies and standart of "Airbus", taking part both in the excisting and perspective programs of the Westeuropean companies. At first the center will project of different parts of fuselage, durability's calculation and create documentation of board equipment sets.

ECAR is situated in the Moscow's center in the modern industrial premises of 1000 square meters area wich be doubled to the end of 2004, when 100 russian engeneers will work in it. It supplied with the most modern equipment, which provides all necessary gor the productive common work of its personal and contacts in real times with constructive divisions of "Airbus" in France and Germany. Now apart the administrative personal 30 russian engeneers work in the center. All of them were trained in practical use of "Airbus" standarts and technolodgies in Toulose and Hamburg, in which their professional qualities were praised hightly.

ECAR is registered in Russia as a joint enterprise wich ownership of "Airbus" and "Kascol".
